THE JOB

As a Spa Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectationsFollow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policiesMaintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all timesAssist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent1+ Years of Prior Relevant ExperienceRetail experience

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
