THE JOB:  

As a Spa Host, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.  

THE STARTING RATE:  $16 Hourly

SCHEDULE:  On Call 

Hours of Operation:

Mon - Sun: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

Assist guests in the booking of spa services, and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities

Ensure punctuality by escorting guests to waiting areas in anticipation of spa treatments

Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests, and through food and beverage offerings

Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system

Maintain a clean and tranquil spa environment where guests can relax and ensure spa facilities and locker areas are well stocked, presentable and in sanitary conditions in alignment with standards

Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card

Has a flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays 

Has prior experience using Zenoti, and Opera

Has prior experience working in a Spa or Salon Setting

Is dependable and service-focused
