We are seeking a Support Worker to become a part of our amazing team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. A full UK manual driver's license is required, as you'll use our company car for activities outside of the home. 

In this role, you'll support a young adult who leads an active lifestyle on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, helping develop daily living skills, providing personal care as needed and encouraging participation in various interests that promote health and well-being.

You will support with activities the individual enjoys like gaming, watching football, biking, and volunteering. While he may exhibit some challenging behavior, he's a great communicator eager to learn new ways to express himself, including British Sign Language (BSL) and picture communication.
