About Outpatient Clinics 

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. 

Scope of work 

Provides health care services, applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis. Performs medical imaging techniques and related procedures to demonstrate breast anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Assists licensed practitioners with invasive procedures. Applies appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. This position will have a set schedule, working Tuesday & Thursday one week and then Tuesday - Friday the following week. The shifts are 8 and 10 hours, with the earliest start time being 7 a.m. and typically working no later than 6:30 p.m.

Qualifications 

Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related fieldBachelor’s Degree Preferred Radiographer (R) ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required upon hire  Mammography (M) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist required within 1 YearAHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
