**A Brief Overview**
Accountable for the coordination and supervision of mammography quality and services.
**What you will do**
+ Consults with leadership, Lead Technologists and Physicians to improve operational workflow, efficiency and productivity.
+ Oversees the collection, analysis and performance improvement of quality and compliance records as needed by Quality, Joint Commission accreditation, MQSA regulations, ACR and OSHA guidelines, or as may be required by law.
+ Guides each accreditation process with accurate documentation and responsible for the annual FDA MQSA inspection process.
+ Conducts and coordinates on-the-job staff/student training and orientation.
+ Participates in staff assignments to maintain maximum efficiency within the department and responsible for staff scheduling.
+ Performs breast imaging and maintain clinical competence to serve as a resource for personnel within the department.
+ Prepares contracts for mobile mammography outreach services.
+ Maintains team-like working relationships with service vendors, customers and physicist, for equipment service while documenting service and physicist activities.
+ Completes follow up on all contacts with outside sources, such as businesses and medical facilities and provides customer breast health awareness education.
+ Orders supplies as needed, collects and maintains estimates for equipment or electrical power sources for shore power at mobile sites.
**Essential Qualifications**

**Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:**
+ Associate's From an accredited program in radiological technology
+ Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Upon Hire and
+ Mammography (M) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Upon Hire
+ 1-3 years Experience in mammography and mammography quality control
