Mammography Technologist Salary Rate: $50.00/hr.  Location: Cypress, TX Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Employment Type: Temporary We are looking for a skilled Mammography Technologist to join a radiology department for multi-specialty clinic. You will perform radiographs for diagnostic imaging. Whether it be now or later, you do not want to miss this opportunity. Submit your resume today to see what possibilities are available What you will be doing:Utilized equipment which produces ionizing radiation to obtain radiographs for diagnostic purposes according to policies, procedures, and protocols. Rotation through general diagnostic radiography using fluoroscopic and/or digital radiography systems and/or conventional radiography units utilizing CR technology as well as DEXA bone density studies and performance of stereotactic guided biopsies may be required depending on location. Used the designated Radiology Information System (RIS) to complete clerical processes and designated PACS system for stereo tactic and DEXA studies. What is Required:Completion of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and 40 hours of mammography training. Must have high school diploma or GED is required. ARRT and MRT certifications are required.BCLS certification is required.Benefits and Perks:Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to offer a good work/life balance.During employment with Team1Medical Staffing, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical         (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance.
