Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Performs a variety of tasks involving the operation ofmammographic radiographic equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate + Explains mammography procedure to all patients; answers anypatient questions or concerns + Positions patients, using immobilization when necessary + Calculates exposure factors, and assist physicians + Performs the quality control functions related tomammography + Evaluates radiographs for diagnostic quality obtainingadditional images as needed + Prepares and sets up medical supplies using aseptictechniques if appropriate.
