Mammography Technologist

                                           $10,000 Sign-On for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment

                                                                    This posting is for multiple openings at Swedish Edmonds, Edmonds, WA.

Perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high volume outpatient setting.  Responsible for producing high quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA.

Required Qualifications:

Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire National Registered Technologist - Mammography within 1 year of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of full-time mammography experience
