Managed Review Coordinator
Who We Are:
The position of Managed Review Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting our Managed Review Project Managers. The MRC will assist several Project Managers execute all administrative aspects of the managed review projects assigned from start to finish.
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for requesting email account set ups
Request Relativity accounts prior to the start of the review
Ability to grasp complex subject matters and open to work on multiple projects
Assist in monitoring managed review teams document review pace
Understand and abide by individual project instructions
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with contractors and vendors
Involved in recruitment of Document Reviewers as needed
Communicate issues and problems and use problem solving skills as appropriate
Communicate with sales staff, clients, recruiting and vendors as appropriate
Perform other special tasks or duties when required
Who We Are Looking For:
Required Experience:
1+ years of relevant administrative work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (including Excel, Outlook and Word)
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing interest in a timely manner (time management)
Adaptability and ability to work independently
Proactive and dependable self- starter with an attention to detail
Provide accurate technology support and proficiency
Education in lieu of experience -Minimum of Bachelor of Arts or Science.
