Role Overview:
This individual will be working alongside the Managing Director, Head of Finance and Management Accountant. The individual will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company including but not limited to Financial reporting, Cashflow Management, Managing Forecast and Actuals on a monthly basis and internal auditing.

EXPERIENCE:
10 Years + In Finance Environment
Payroll/ Recruitment Environment
Financial Reporting
Bank reconciliation across multiple currencies
Accounts receivable + Debtor Management
Purchase order processing and control
Set up of various ledgers and accounts if and when needed
Plan tasks for the team and ensure the tasks are completed
Training of new staff
Ensuring All Accounting Activities Comply With Regulations
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product.
Completes external audit by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years
EDUCATION: Degree/ Diploma a must
SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, XERO, QuickBooks, Sage and Payroll Software
