Barbaricum is currently seeking a Management Analyst who will be responsible for performing tasks that involve providing analysis and guidance to management regarding the assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale campaigns and initiatives. This role involves evaluating various aspects of these projects to ensure they meet organizational objectives and maximize outcomes. ResponsibilitiesWork with Subject Matter Expert (SME) to create or update existing communications plans.Edit content deliverables following AP standards and VA requirements.Manage and organize internal team scheduling, trackers, and project tasks.Establish and maintain QA/QC processes for continuous quality improvement.Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.Change management: develop communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.QualificationsBA or BS degree.Eight years of experience in project management and strategic communications management; performing gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states; documenting and delivering findings and recommendations; and conducting surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection.Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and/or project planning tools such as MS Project.Additional Information
