Abacus Technology is seeking a Management Analyst to provide administrative and management support for the Army at the Aberdeen Proving Ground.  This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities Provide coordination and synchronization of regional administrative actions for the Regional Network Enterprise Centers (RNEC).Develop regional program guidance, policy interpretations, and tracking procedures dealing specifically with Human Capital Management, Manpower Management, and Methods Improvement.Serve as approving official for the Government credit card program and principal advisor for Competitive Sourcing projects or activities.Conducts studies and analyses of topics affecting the RNEC. Qualifications

3+ years experience in a management support role.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired.  Experience applying management principles, practices, methods, and techniques to integrate management services.  Experience in analytical and evaluative techniques.  Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.  May be required to work overtime or outside of normal duty hours (including emergency work).  Must possess a valid driver’s license.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.

 

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,924-$135,568. There are multiple factors that can impact a final salary, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (if remote or different from the stated location for this position), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
