Responsibilities You will responsible for the management, oversight, coordination, and execution of sourcing solutions for Navy manning requirements. You will coordinate policy and resolution of Global Force Management / Individual Augmentation (GFM/IA) sourcing issues with senior level officials. You will be responsible for the research, collected data, analyzed, interpreted, created and distributed updated information for Individual Augmentation personnel. You will be responsible for the timely processing of all GFM/IA personnel and data management requests, thereby ensuring the least amount of adverse impact to personnel. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience utilizing Navy Information Warfare (IW) community and command manning structures to include: IW Officer Designators and Enlisted Ratings, IW personnel skillsets, and IW sea-duty and shore-duty types and assignments. *Experience utilizing detail-oriented management of database transactions on an everyday basis, and ability to coordinate with other codes and commands to ensure ongoing success. *Experience using various Microsoft Office tools including Power Point, Excel, Word software for preparing presentations, back-up data, and briefing papers that will be used at Senior Civilian and Flag level briefings. *Experience communicating effectively with managers and employees to explain policy, provide advice, and resolve problems and ability to present information in various formats. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
