Rite-Solutions, Inc., is seeking a full-time skilled and motivated Management Analyst in the Middletown, RI to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Code 34 Electronic Warfare In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA).\n
Position Description:\n
This position will support the sustainment team part of AN\/BLQ-10 Electronic Warfare (EW) ISEA. Tasking will include analyzing component lifecycles, identifying shortfalls, and recommending corrective actions for critical material throughout the system. The ISEA sustainment group focuses on reliability, maintainability, and sustainability of the AN\/BLQ-10 system. Tasking will include analyzing designs of electrical components and systems to be used in Submarine EW Systems. Review, design, analyze, and recommend changes required to ensure component lifecycles are sustainable. \n
Duties & Responsibilities\n\nCreate, review, and update lifecycle prediction trends to identify the current inventory posture and future need for critical material components \nPerform comprehensive analysis of failures of critical material and present findings to ISEA lead\nDetermine reliability improvements for critical material \nPrepare and\/or evaluate technical documentation for sustainability of critical material components and chassis within the AN\/BLQ-10 system\nProvide lifecycle support and sustainability support to the In-Service Engineering team \nIdentify supportability problems within the system and provide recommendations for corrective actions \nConvert Naval Procedures into new formatting standards for post installation testing \nGenerate and revise system technical documentation and procedures\nCoordinate with the engineering team to support upgrades to existing Submarine EW Systems to complete tasking\nRegularly review Fleet failure reports for EW system performance and ensure that any material regularly failing is being tracked in the critical material report \nSubmit weekly\/biweekly technical status reports.\n\n
Requirements & Skills\n\nBachelor's Degree in a related field and\/or related experience to perform the requirements of the job\nExceptional organizational & critical thinking skills, as well as an unwavering attention to detail required.\nIntermediate-to-expert proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.\nAbility to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment required.\nAbility to communicate, both orally and in writing, to all levels of the customer organization required.\n\n
