Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will serve as the primary point of contact for DON users of the Third Party Payment System. You will provide information, training, and sample documents to new users to assist in completing the TPPS access required documentation. You will review, modify, and distribute TPPS user request checklists to ensure all requirements meet auditability standards. You will pull reports, consolidate and organize data on a weekly and monthly basis and distribute reports to various audiences as needed. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Utilizing TPPS the Third Party Payment system for access management, systems functions, goals, objectives, and auditability requirements; 2) Extracting data and creating specific reports and presentations; 3) Researching, evaluating, and responding to inquires received from internal and external customers across Navy and other DOD services; 4) Presenting oral and written presentations to provide extracted information and data during contacts with higher authorities in formal and informal settings.
