Management Analyst II - CIV

CGI is looking for a Management Analyst II to support the FSO office at the Civil division in DC.

The primary duties include:
• Administrative support that includes; transit subsidy, mail and FedEx, data entry and program tracking updates.
• Administrative support for security access permissions on DOJ PIV Cards and temporary Kastle cards
• Assisting with completing/tracking financial obligations
• Escorting and receiving deliveries
• Greeting customers and directing them to personnel responsible for various services, using operational guidance
Property and Accountable Asset duties and responsibilities:
• Capturing all changes to assets in the designated system to include; financial transactions, asset maintenance, and asset status changes. The captured data is used for the analysis and reporting of DOJ asset lifecycles.
• Plan and Conduct Inventory and all related function IAW (In accordance with) policy, standards, and federal regulations.
• Property Lifecycle Management to include the full accounting (monitoring, controlling, and disposing) of assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and auditable property records, including automated or digital records

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Must have relevant work experience
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including ability to communicate and respond to requirements under pressure
• Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
• All candidates must be able to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance and meet all security requirements.

Must be able to work in office Monday through Friday.

Hourly Rate: $28.79/hour

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
