**Position Description:**
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the CRS division of DOJ in DC.
Hourly wage: $35.64/hr. (non-negotiable)
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certification. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.*

This position is located in USA DC Washington -- USADCWAS01.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Performs non-routine and assists the case manager with complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project.
• Contacts personnel, including all Conciliation Specialist, Senior Conciliation Specialist, Regional Directors and Headquarters staff, in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work; reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others.
• Under the supervision of the case manager, assists in the following activities:
1) Monitoring the alignment between case reporting and component reporting for purposes of meeting all agency established objectives, requirements, and design approaches; completed work is reviewed for technical adequacy and satisfaction of requirements by the Associate Director and Training Specialist and Deputy Director and Director upon request.
2)Designs, develops, and constructs major processes for accurately capturing the nuanced work performed by conciliators and the impact such work has, from a collective perspective, for purposes of reporting the component’s performance to Congress.
3)Conducts tests or experiments on the best format for liaising with conciliators and capturing all relevant data and maintaining a current case report catalogue of all services and resources being provided by conciliators.
4)Analyzes results and redesigns or modifies communication system, and reporting process, and case report catalogue to improve accuracy and ease of searching the catalogue for data upon request for reports.
5)Analyzes conciliator case data to determine applicability to CRS Methodology problems; selects from several possible reporting trends; identifies issues with case reporting system and CRS Methodology and prepares layouts, detailed specifications, and written recommendations of specific suggested modifications to both systems for purposes of resolving design issues.
6)May conduct research
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
1. STRONG proofreading and organizational skills.
2. Knowledge and understanding of administrative support functions.
3. Required to be proficient in office products, such as internet/intranet, Word, Excel and PowerPoint for secretarial/word processor/spreadsheet/data base/power point requirements. Must be able to save, retrieve, edit, and present text, spreadsheets and/or charts. Prepares in final format, correspondence, statistical and managerial reports.
4. Must be proficient in grammar, spelling and punctuation and is also required to produce printed materials accurately.
General Experience – 4+ years in relative work experience
Must be able to successfully pass a CGI Federal background investigation
Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOJ MRPT clearance
Occasional travel may be required to assist and support the operation of CRS assignments or National Staff events.
