SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Management Analyst with expertise in Microsoft (MS) applications and related experience in various security disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and access control of designated areas, monitoring intrusion detection systems, and providing comprehensive security support.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain 24/7 Visitor Control access to the JDMOC entrance in NH-95.Ensure other JS-controlled space accesses are secured by mechanical locks (e.g., X Series combination locks) and protected by the Electronic Access Control System (EACS).Conduct after-hours and/or weekend patrols of all SCIF and open storage areas under JS control within building NH-95 during intrusion detection system (IDS) outages.Monitor IDS alarms at NH-95 24/7 and at NH-19 between the hours of 1700-0700 Monday through Friday and 24 hours per day on weekends and federal holidays.Notify secondary or tertiary contacts identified in post orders during IDS alarms.Provide Security Blotters to PHYSEC detailing daily shift activities at the NH-95 JDMOC.Respond to Naval Support Activity alarm inquiries as applicable.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Must have 2-4 years of related experience in security disciplines such as:Personnel Security (PERSEC)Physical Security (PHYSEC)Information Security (INFOSEC)Industrial Security (INDUSEC)Communications Security (COMSEC)Insider Threat (InT)Foreign DisclosureForeign VisitsPrivacyAntiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP)Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) applications.Must have a Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to respond to security incidents and alarms promptly and effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and supervise activities for extended periods.WORK ENVIRONMENT:
