The Kern Community College District’s California Compliance School is looking for instructor/trainers to conduct not-for-credit Job Skills training for clients throughout Kern County. We are looking for instructors with industry experience and some training experience to conduct training in management, leadership and supervision skills
Minimum QualificationsFive years of related industry experience is required.Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
Knowledge and AbilitiesABILITY TO:
