Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business Support Unit of the NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL. Responsibilities You will collaborate with business operations teams or leaders from other organizations to clarify policies or improve effectiveness. You will conduct process improvement analysis to identify organizational weaknesses. You will justify recommendations in reports to managers. You will develop written material documenting results of analyses. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating with personnel on administrative, budget, payroll or travel procedures; 2) Answering questions about labor or civilian pay; and 3) Developing solutions to purchasing or travel issues; and 4) Developing reports on budget actions to submit to leadership.
