MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the TOTAL FORCE MANPOWER MANAGEMENT of HDQTRS NDW. Responsibilities You will discuss results of manpower analysis with working groups. You will develop process improvement recommendations to assist managers with formulating improvement plans and strategies. You will develop strategic plans based on information from performing quantitative or qualitative analyses. You will gather data to prepare charts and graphs to present a proposal for improvement. You will develop documentation or reports to summarize results of manpower assessments or studies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector or have successfully completed one full year of graduate level education or successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement or a combination of specialized experience and education which, when combined, is equivalent to 100% of the total requirement. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising management of the overall impact of organization's manpower management policies and/or resource management issues; 2) Developing tools and techniques to measure manpower management effectiveness, efficiency, and trending data for an organization; 3) Utilizing automated applications and systems (e.g., Total Workforce Management System [TWMS], Total Force Manpower Management System [TFMMS], Micro Manpower Change Application [TMMCA]) to manage billets, research data and prepare reports.
