Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will train, document, and review requirements' generation processes for all programs and installations across the region. You will schedule and track internal requirements' generation processes to meet internal, as well as external, higher echelon schedules. You will conduct resourcing and resource allocation analysis. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Joint Basing Requirements You will serve as the N5 resident expert on NS Guantanamo Bay You will identify major installation laydown challenges by assessing/tracking Holistic Mission Growth of Non-Navy Stakeholders. You will track/facilitate Installation Reimbursable Services of Non-Navy tenants on Navy Installations and Navy Tenants on Non-Navy Installations. You will serve as the Space Request and Real Estate SME. You will conduct Special Projects as Assigned. You will serve as the Navy Expeditionary Combat Enterprise (NECE) and Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) SME. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Designs, conducts or serves as an active team member in studies of a complex nature using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency and/or to reduce cost; 2) Presents potential courses of action and common business approaches to mid and senior level management for review, approval and implementation; 3) Analyzes and evaluates (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of programs in meeting established goals and objectives. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
