Management Associate - FP&A

This onsite position is a Management Associate role reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at our Keetac Operations. The financial planning and analysis function includes financial plans, measurement of key performance indicators, plant level reporting and business partnering. This position is also responsible for the analysis of financial trends and the monetary effects of potential business decisions. This is a highly visible and challenging position. We are looking for a financial professional who possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams within the organization
Responsibilities: Assist, facilitate, and/or collaborate with Mining FP&A and Accounting closing and forecastingSupport annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly updatesDevelop business cases and financial support for capital appropriations and large-scale investmentsDelivers process improvements that result in standardization, efficiencies, and effectivenessReview improvement project results and serve as key point of contact for project benefit results and forecastingFacilitate business partnering, engagement, and communication between Operations and other business support groups to enhance operational and financial results Drive accountability and value-creating action through robust variance analysis, leveraging deep understanding of the manufacturing process and business drivers for area of responsibilityDevelop analysis and presentations to support plant and/or executive leadership including proactive and insightful analysis and commentary on enterprise resultsAdminister the project tracking system and reporting requirementsAssists the FP&A team with special projectsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field0-2 years of experience with FP&A or other data/analysis intense field preferredExperience in Manufacturing or Industrial setting is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and financial modeling and analysisExperience with Oracle ERP and/or OneStream is a plusExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and result-driven action-oriented mindsetAbility to collaborate and work independently in fast-paced environment
