Summary:
The Management Associate Program will provide the following experiences:

Overall Introduction to Geology ManagementAssist with land permit renewalsAssist with exploration drilling including data collection and quality samplingSort and log rock cores and other material samplesMap geologic featuresAutoCAD draftingCarlson modelingAssist scoping and budgeting  projectsDigitize drilling informationCompile water level and water quality informationProject ManagementTask Train and hands on experience operating heavy mining equipment such as:Haul TrucksLoadersDrillsScalersSkidsteersWater TrucksQuality Control processGradation samplingCustomer site visitGradation data and report analysisSafety programParticiple in multiple location plant wide safety auditsExposure to a World Class safety programUnderstanding of MSHA regulationsOccasional weekend travel and weekend work will be requiredThis role will be required to relocate to Nashville, TN after one year of training in Carmel, Indiana

The ideal candidate will be graduating with a Geology or Environmental Sciences/Engineering degree.
