Digital Transformation Consulting apports Management Consulting competences, focused in 3 main areas:

 

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX): allows our clients to transform their relationships with their customers and create experiences (e.g. Customer Journeys, Sales Effectiveness) SUSTAINABILITY: support our clients to accelerate their net zero transformation at each step of the journey (e.g. ESG Strategy, Climate Change and Carbon Accounting) ORGANIZATIONAL, PROCESSES & CULTURE TRANSFORMATION: support our clients in the improvement of their performance as well as in the assistance to achieve their goals (e.g. Digital Operational efficiency, HR transformation) YOUR PROFILE Degree in Management, Economics or similar; Proven experience in Management Consulting; Experience in at least one of the following type of projects: Customer experience; Organizational processes & culture transformation. Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization; Fluent in English (both verbal and written); At least 4 years of experience.  WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
