Essential Functions

Receive and distribute information to the paper systems within the department.Assist in assuring accuracy of computerized reports and assure correct distribution of reports. Prepare, code, enter date, and verify source date on mental health data collection systems.A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.Update client/patient information.Perform other duties as requested by Director/Supervisor.

Qualifications and requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent education with on-the-job training required.Experience: Ability to organize and handle details. Computer/data entry at 9600 strokes per hour. Experience with Excel, and Word programs. Technical computer skills required. Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Information Systems.Required License: Current Washington State Driver’s License. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes.Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
