Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN (RD&A)), NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE. Responsibilities You will serve as the action officer and lead for the weekly deep dive review of leadership priorities, directorate action items, and cross-directorate efforts. You will Assists the Director, ED and Chief of Staff in coordinating and planning quarterly senior leadership meetings (SLM). You will serve as the action officer and lead for maintaining configuration control of NIPO’s Interactive Operating Guide and Interactive Charter Documents. You will be daily involved in matters supporting the execution of FMS/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) cases; presidential drawdowns; Excess Defense Article (EDA) projects; training; and the processes and policies that guide them. You will possess a broad knowledge of the methods used to resolve problems, cope with issues, and gauge the effectiveness of the direction established by leadership and executed by assigned staff. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or NH-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Formulates organizational strategies, tactics, and budget/action plan to acquire and allocate resources. Prepares, reviews, and approves major reports or policies of organization for internal and external distribution. Assesses and provides strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.
