The Management Reporting & Solutions Analyst provides meaningful, accurate, and timely financial reports, and database integrity maintenance. Adaptability of this team is key, as team members must not only understand our business partners’ strategies, and operations, but also proactively anticipate and respond to environmental shifts. May manage reports and automation projects.
Responsibilities:
Thorough data familiarity with all financial applications; understanding of the attributes, interactions, and differences between each data source: Dimensional structure, Data and cube characteristics, Data flow through the data source (Processing input and output)
Develop/enhance/support advanced financial reports, leveraging automation when possible.
Establish standards for proper documentation
Advanced Systems knowledge
Produce moderately complex Monthly Financial Management Reports, and Quarterly Board/CEO
Manage report production, and database integrity.
Develop/enhance/support moderately difficult financial reports, leveraging automation when possible.
Qualifications:
MIS/Accounting or Finance and Management
Preferred 3+ Years Financial Analysis
Advance understanding of Database Structure
Advance understanding of Database and Intelligence tools
Advance Analytical Skills
Ability to mode data in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Ability to create and run and understand complex SQL
High Aptitude Financial Data Reporting
Knowledgeable of application lifecycle support
Strong understanding of banking products
Detail oriented; Solution Oriented
Works efficiently and independently (with little supervision)
Understands need for a secure and accurate data environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once
Problem Resolution skills
Ability to sound judgment and ability to work effectively with clients and technical staff
Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple cross-discipline teams, identifying best practices and process efficiencies.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $126K - $159K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
