Applicants must be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in HR/OB and a secondary management discipline (e.g., IB, Purchasing/Operations, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management), maintain an active program of scholarship in this area, and participate in service activities. Required Qualifications A doctorate degree in Management or a related field; ABD candidates will be considered so long as degree is conferred by start of appointment. Ability to demonstrate accomplishments and potential in research and teaching. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.


Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Management or related field from an AACSB accredited university. Experience teaching online or in hybrid modalities.
