Inviting applications for the role of Graphic Designer, Print Design
In this role, you will be required to work on Design print collateral and print ads—websites and digital ads. You will need to interpret creative briefs from the Creative Producer and/or Marketing Advisors to deliver high-quality work that meets the brief’s goals.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with other Designers to work on brand identities for agents, including logos and brand identity work.
• Generate innovative ideas and campaigns in custom social media, print, and brand, and design.
• Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases for a variety of projects assigned.
• Follow direction and propose new conceptual ideas for various projects.
• Work closely with Designers and Directors to ensure design work exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate on projects for the internal and/or external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers to execute high-quality content.
• Ensure that the designs adhere to the brand guidelines.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Graduate with 0–3 years of experience working on projects alone and/or with a team.
• Top graphic design skills with a focus on typography, composition, and photography
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Foundational skills in branding and scalable design systems.
• Developing skills at presentations and communicating creative solutions.
• Quick at learning the creative process.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Agency or Design Studio experience
• Proficient in digital/product design and/or animation along with experience in Figma, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, illustration and video skills
