Senior Associate/Management Trainee – Incoming Processing – Wealth Operations
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Income Processing Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the income processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all income-related transactions for a portfolio of investment products. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial instruments, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the income processing team in the accurate and timely processing of income transactions, including dividends, interest payments, and distributions.
• Oversee the reconciliation of income receipts and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate income-related reports, providing insights and analysis on income performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including accounting, compliance, and investment teams, to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries.
• Mentor and train junior associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and ensuring all income transactions are recorded accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present reports on income processing metrics to senior management.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
• Effective probing root cause analysis skills

Competencies
• Ability to discuss process issues, concerns with onshore counterparts and get it resolved.
• Organized approach: Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter: Work autonomously and as part of a global team
