The opportunity:

 

A typical day in the life of a Manager in Training is spent learning about People, Processes, Prevention, and Performance. These are the processes that go into making a product Safely, within Quality parameters, at a Cost and productivity that is market competitive. The Manager in Training will rotate through various functions of the facility, typically spending six months to a year in the assigned function which provides exposure and knowledge to various areas of the business.  The intent is to identify an area of the business that will engage the individual in their career aspirations.

Experience/Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (Desired Fields: Packaging, Engineering, or Business) or equivalent experienceMechanical and / or Electrical maintenance in a Manufacturing environment experience is a plusExcellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbalTechnology proficient.  Microsoft Office Suite proficient.Ability to work independently and within a team environment
