Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Asst Manager Quality Auditor-Wealth Operations
In this role, you will be accountable for all the activities related to Training planning in US Wealth management processes.
Responsibilities
Good understanding of financial products like US Domestic Equities, Global Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Fund Accounting, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, Client Reporting, Trade Settlements lifecycle etc
Hands on experience in Corporate actions, Mutual Funds, Fund Accounting is a must
Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.
Experience of posting transactions on accounting custody book for exception resolution is required.
Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Experience of applications like Global Plus applications would have added advantage.
Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework
Establish strong relationship with onshore/offshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Queries and Issues.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Any Commerce Graduate (PG an added advantage)
Effective probing root cause analysis skills
Relevant experience in Training for US wealth management processes
Proficiency in leveraging tools and technologies to improve training effectiveness and knowledge management
Should have understanding or have worked in production in Fund accounting or reconciliation processes
Advanced level MS excel skills are must, Power BI Power point presentations skills
Strong understanding of US wealth processes, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Team leading and client management skills
