Key Responsibilities\nTo work independently as a shift-leader while coordinating the shift and guiding the staff.\nTo supervise effectiveness & efficiency of workflow during service periods while providing constant hands-on support.\nTo supervise closely and monitor the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with Kempinski Cashiering Procedures.\nTo demonstrate a positive attitude and flexibility to work in different areas of the F&B operation as required by the business levels and as assigned.\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nFluent English writing and dialogue\nFamiliar with office software\nPassionate and enthusiastic about the service industry\n
