Title and Summary
Manager, Account ManagementWe are looking for an Account Manager for Mastercard in Pakistan to support our business development strategy with Banking, FinTech & Telco ecosystem partners, through establishing and developing deep relationships, identifying opportunities and consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about payments, possesses expertise in card product management, acceptance, digital payments, and e-commerce, and will be energized to accelerate Mastercard’s partnership with clients within the payments ecosystem. They will have a focus on delivering Pakistan’s business objective, a great client experience, being highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset2-Role
In this customer facing position, you will:
•\tWork with banking, FinTech and telco partners to identify business growth opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
•\tExpand your business portfolio with various Mastercard products and solutions.
•\tTake responsibility for driving revenue.
•\tWork with wider Mastercard teams and your customer, translating initiatives into actionable outcomes.
•\tAs the primary contact for Mastercard, provide an exemplary high level of customer experience for partners.
3-All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
•\tBe well-versed in Pakistan’s banking, payments and digital financial services ecosystem
•\tExperienced in payments business, i.e. cards, e-commerce, acceptance, etc
•\tHave a knack for relationship management, provide work-class customer experience to our partners and articulate solutions in a clear manner.
•\tHave financial and analytical acumen, understanding key drivers for growth.
•\tCollaborative and team mindset, working with both partners and own teams.
