eCommerce Analytics team partners with the eCommerce Business, Strategy and Product teams to derive insights and make recommendations that enhance the experience for millions of customers. We are seeking a dynamic Manager in Advanced Analytics to support our site merchandising, operations and strategy. You will be responsible for the data and insights that power our site merchandising and strategy teams, supporting areas like site business opportunity and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, should possess strong problem-solving, exceptional analytical skills, and be able to design and execute on a vision for data-related initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Provide end-to-end analytical support for complex initiatives up to the executive level. Implement modeling solutions and execute advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems. Support strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results. Develop and implement data analysis strategies and anticipate future trends.You will Make an Impact by:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Execute strategy, priorities, and demonstrate adaptability to address business, resource, and operational challenges. Lead with a vision of how to execute analytical excellence, and implement this planMinimum Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in business management and stakeholder management.4+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to communicate technical material to various audiences.Proficiency in SQL programming, big data technologies, and modern data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Preferred:
MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field.Background in Digital Analytics, Retail, and/or eCommerce.Knowledge of A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation.Experience using enterprise-level analytics platforms.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
