Because we know that heat arises the intersection of complementary forces, our professionals come from myriad disciplines and backgrounds: data, analytics, and insights, content and creative production, communications and strategy, finance and marketing, and sociology, psychology, and other liberal arts disciplines. **Overview** The Manager, Advanced Analytics, will play a critical role in the creation and execution of custom modeled audiences, overlap analyses, and predictive and addressable audience development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data management, proficiency in Python scripting and Jupyter Notebook, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and impactful way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Responsibilities** + Assist clients in implementing clean room strategies and leveraging new technologies + Under the guidance of the Associate Director, assist the development and implementation of propensity models using machine learning for net new audiences and audience refreshes + With the help of the Audience Design team, assist in identifying the attributes for custom audience creation + Perform QA and troubleshooting on 1P onboarded data to ensure match rate alignment with client systems + Contribute to the improvement of internal modeling practices for more efficient core hour usage and activation + Conduct audience analysis on 1P customer segments and collaborate with internal teams to present findings + Maintain and execute Python scripts to organize data for more streamlined analysis + Translate technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders in presentations + Support the design of statistically sound tests to minimize bias and ensure reliable results + Contribute to the development and implementation of a test-and-learn roadmap to enhance strategies and drive data-driven decision-making + Stay informed about evolving media trends, sharing relevant insights with internal and client teams + Create deliverables aligned with project roadmaps and client expectations + Provide consultative support to clients on data science deliverables and analytics strategies + Build presentations to convey the importance, findings, and actionable takeaways from analyses + Assist the analytics team in audience performance reporting and insights **Qualifications** + 3–5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or data science field + Media agency experience preferred + Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques + Familiarity with experimental design, statistical significance, and machine learning concepts + Understanding digital media buying, KPI development, and programmatic audience buying + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of actionable insights + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences + Experience working with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Redshift) + Quantitative educational background (degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field nice to have) + Proven ability to manage deadlines and collaborate within cross-functional teams **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
