Job Description

IntegriChain is seeking a polished, data-savvy, detail-oriented manager to provide ongoing support to customers - the most innovative life sciences and pharmaceutical companies in the world - who are implementing or in a steady state with our pricing and contracting services. This role, within the Operational Consulting practice at IntegriChain, is part of an elite team of consultants who leverage their Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize secondary information to provide insights to our customers within the Government Pricing (“GP”) and State Price Transparency Reporting (“SPTR”) domain areas. 

The manager will work alongside our team of seasoned industry experts to provide prompt, accurate, and compliant pricing and contracting advice to our customer. 

The position requires the manager to serve as a main driver of communication between small to mid-tier GP and SPTR customer accounts and IntegriChain. 

This individual will be responsible for business analysis, relationship management, and will support multiple customers and projects simultaneously. The position requires crisp consulting skills: aggressively seeking information and answers, managing expectations while meeting commitments, always delivering work of utmost quality, on time, and communicating effectively throughout. This candidate has a naturally inquisitive mindset and the ability to demonstrate high-level analytical and strategic thinking.

It’s a thrilling time to join the Operational Consulting team at IntegriChain! This team works with many small manufacturers bringing their first product to market, which presents individuals with opportunities to accelerate their understanding of the complex pharmaceutical supply chain and how interconnected pricing, contracting, market access and patient programs impact a patient’s ability to access the therapy and a manufacturer’s bottom line.

QualificationsMinimum B.A. / B.S. 5+ years of life sciences consulting or direct life sciences experienceStrong interpersonal skills and understanding of cross-functional teamworkProficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skillsExcellent business analytical skills, a high accuracy rate, and attention to detailExperience in pharmaceutical contracting and pricing landscape, focusing on government pricing practices and calculation methodologiesDemonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to “think on their feet” and suggest alternatives and solutionsAbility to work independently as well as in a team settingProficiency in SQL is requiredPrior experience as a team lead or manager preferredProficient in Google Suite - Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides
