The opportunity
This role will represent Agency Program Management to take an ownership and responsibility for the full end-to-end delivery of Agency Recruitment Program and any other programs which may be launched from time to time.
On the job you will:
Agency Leader Development Program Management (60%)
Project Management: Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.Partner with RH/ABM to build effective leader development programs with an ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Possess strong ability to drive leader development program within the framework .Consistently and proactively communicate throughout leader development process to ensure all participants in leader development process are updated and well informed.Continuously review current process, identify gaps, and propose recommendations to streamlines workflows. cate with applicants by sending notifications, acknowledgement letters.MTA PSM+ and Other Programs (40%)
Be responsibility for our MTA PSM+ program, and any other programs which may be launched from time to time.To support the effective operationalization of Agency Programs, this role will also need to work with cross-functional departments to ensure overall program alignment. (For example, analysis and deployment of 13M persistency metrics, codification of required program metrics such as FYP, risk analysis for underwriting limits etc.) Conduct and provide presentations and updates to senior executive management team and regional teams on overall program progress and metrics, including recommendations and business cases where necessary.
