General Description:
BeiGene is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our Agiloft Support. This pivotal role is responsible for the technical oversight and management of the Agiloft platform, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with our business objectives and our commitment to putting patient’s first, innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
Essential Functions of the job:
• Platform Management: Serve as the primary technical support lead for the Agiloft platform, managing updates, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Support Management: Manage configurations, workflows, dashboards, notifications, integrations, reports, and metadata within the Agiloft ecosystem.
• Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, issue logs, security, and patching cycles to ensure system integrity and reliability.
• Agiloft Support Provider Oversight: Supervise the Agiloft Support provider and collaborate with Beigene’s internal integration and infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive support and service delivery.
• Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough impact analyses of system changes, patches, and updates. Communicate findings with the team and provide strategic recommendations for next steps.
• Testing and Change Control: Oversee regression testing and manage change control forms to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze support metrics, including call categories and resolution times. Assist in preparing audit and SOX compliance reports.
• Artificial Intelligence Initiatives: Stay abreast of developments in artificial intelligence to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into Beigene’s Agiloft CMS platform.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role – 5 years minimum.
• Experience with remote work
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a global team, problem-solve, and adapt to different time zones while working remotely.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both technical and business language.
• Agiloft Certification required
Other Qualifications:
• Fluency in English required, in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
Computer Skills:
• MySQL Database, AWS, and Cybersecurity skills and certifications are a plus.
