We are seeking an AMR Retail Operations Manager to be a collaborative partner within Global Retail Support to define, design, and deliver programs, strategies, communications, and measurable results for Genius Bar, Today at Apple, and Training operations programs.
**Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team that develops strategies, enables team excellence, and drives business performance across the Genius Bar, Today at Apple, and Training operations at Apple’s Retail stores. You will lead and influence the store team and customer journey end to end, including the development of tools and metrics. You will work collaboratively across Retail’s leadership team to support all of Apple’s priorities. - Drive and influence operational strategy and store performance across retail locations. Collaborate cross-functionally across regions to ensure consistency. - Create and maintain key partnerships with retail store and market leadership. - Turn store feedback into problem statements and subsequent actions that optimize strategies, get results, and support Apple’s key initiatives. - Manage complex global projects to major timeline turning points and lead significant organizational change. - Role model inclusive leadership behaviors and build, develop, and retain diverse teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 10+ years experience in retail operations or operations project management, people strategy, and/or product management.
+ 5+ years of people management experience, including building and developing teams that achieve excellence by combining unique backgrounds and perspectives focused on a common goal.
+ 1+ years of Project Management experience in a corporate setting, leading cross-functional business transformation projects from vision to execution and iteration that require collaboration and alignment with senior leadership across multiple organizations.

+ Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into measurable projects and results.
+ Passion for moving beyond traditional ways of doing things, pushing past the status quo to achieve excellent results.
+ Functional knowledge of workforce management practices and systems.
+ Technical, educational/learning, or marketing team leadership experience preferred.
+ Proficient in Excel/Numbers, Pages, and Keynote applications; enthusiastic Mac OS, iOS and Apple hardware user.
+ A self-starter who possesses outstanding time management and presentation skills.
