This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity while supporting diverse business requirements through custom SQL development and API management. Qualifications System Configuration & Maintenance Serve as primary administrator for SamPro ERP System Configure and maintain SamPro ERP modules to support evolving business processes across all departments Develop and optimize SQL queries for operational reporting and analytics needs Implement and maintain data validation rules to ensure accuracy across integrated systems Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed Manage user permissions and master data maintenance Execute SQL bulk data uploads and modifications Oversee API integrations with HRIS, Payroll, and Customer Systems Provide escalation support for IT Help Desk requests Data Integration & Analytics Maintain critical API integrations between SamPro and external systems, including: Avalara for tax compliance Customer portals for service management FastField and TechAnywhere for field operations ADP and benefit systems for HR/payroll processing Design and implement data pipelines to support real-time reporting requirements Create and maintain automated processes for recurring data synchronization needs Business Process Support Collaborate with Customer Experience team to ensure accurate customer profitability tracking and SLA monitoring Support Operations with technical solutions for field service management and resource utilization Enable Financial operations through integrated work order processing, AR management, and audit compliance Provide technical expertise for special projects including acquisitions, system upgrades, and process improvements Join Us Required 3+ years experience as a Business or Data Analyst Strong SQL query writing skills (3+ years) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred 3+ years’ experience with SamPro by Data Basics Experience with other relational databases Power BI or similar data visualization tool experience HVAC/R industry knowledge Experience with system integrations and API management Key Competencies Analytical thinking and problem-solving Project management Technical aptitude Communication and stakeholder management Adaptability and flexibility Attention to detail Time management and prioritization This position supports the HVAC/R industry and requires developing technical understanding of industry-specific needs and challenges while working with various stakeholders across the organization. This role requires strong technical proficiency in SQL and API integration, combined with a deep understanding of how these tools support business operations. The position demands excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining system stability and data integrity.
