Four Hands is looking for an innovative and dynamic Manager, Art Consulting to join our talented Art Studio team in Austin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to connect client vision with our creative capabilities, guiding them from initial interest to long-term, repeat partnerships. Collaborating with our Art, Sales, and Operations teams, you’ll ensure a seamless and exceptional experience from concept to final shipment. As a leader, you’ll inspire and oversee a team of Art Consultants and Project Managers, driving success and excellence across every project, and helping us deliver impactful, creative solutions to our clients.
In This Role\nQualify and assess new project requests, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and routing projects to the appropriate team members \nPartner with the Sales team to understand client needs, manage expectations, and develop customized art solutions that align with client goals \nLead the new customer onboarding process, clearly communicating company policies, timelines, and expectations\nAnalyze client buying patterns, project histories, and trends to identify opportunities for growth\nDevelop internal and stakeholder presentation materials to effectively communicate project progress and outcomes\nLead and develop a high-performing team of Art Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring quality execution and timely customer deliverables \nProvide ongoing coaching and mentorship, implementing best practices and refining workflows to meet evolving client needs \nFoster a culture of accountability by tracking project milestones, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics to ensure deadlines are consistently met\nAlign cross-functional teams on project requirements, including prototyping needs, approvals, and timelines, to ensure smooth execution\nEstablish clear communication and documentation processes between internal teams to prevent bottlenecks and delays \nRecommend and implement process improvements based on team feedback, industry best practices, and project outcomes to enhance operational efficiency\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n5+ years of experience in art consulting and project management required \n3+ years of management experience, ideally in design or retail industries \nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Art, or a related field required\nExperience optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency through best practices and technology\nStrong ability to communicate and execute strategic direction for Four Hands Art Studio products\nSkilled leader with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results\nComfortable navigating shifting priorities and evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of execution\nStrong relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships\nExcellent communicator with a track record of leading teams and collaborating across departments\nHigh-energy, proactive, and solutions-oriented\n
