The Manager of Auto Delivery/Reorder Program is responsible for Auto Delivery Program (ADP) with direct influence on how company resources are allocated against the program. The goal is to ensure profitable execution and optimization of the auto delivery program for both the customer and the company. 

Responsibilities Partner with to deliver overall Auto Delivery Program (ADP) development of the business roadmap.  Lead the day-to-day program by keeping a daily pulse on business performance, analyzing results, and ensuring the right cross functional dialogue is occurring to continuously improve the customer experience.   Support maintaining program P&L, monitoring revenue against plan, keeping program expenses within budget, adjusting financial plan/forecast on ongoing basis.Develop presentations and present financial results to senior leadership; tying performance to strategic and operational business goals to drive customer LTV, store traffic, digital traffic and retention.Partner with Store and Digital leaders to set store and web targets for program performance:  sign-ups, retention, revenue, margin rate, shipping costs, etc.Leverage FP&A and Analytics resources to maintain forward-looking financial model for program. Work with cross-functional business units (e.g. Digital Commerce, Operations, Store Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain) to make necessary adjustments / enhancements to the program to drive revenue and manage expense.Manage agency relationships as required.Lead and facilitate the program roadmap bringing continuous innovation and improvement to the ADP program.Gain a deep understanding of the cross-platform customer experience associated with eCommerce and identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Other Functions: 

Participates in special projects as required.Stay in touch with upcoming trends in the industry.Identify areas of growth.10% Travel

 No direct reports. Qualifications

Education/Certification:      

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field or equivalent

Experience:

5-8 years experience leading the development of a product as Business Manager or Product manager requiring strong business and financial acumen. Proven experience facilitating or managing large cross-functional teams to coordinate all activities required to bring a product to marketing and achieve desired business and financial goals Creative problem solver, with a background in sourcing & implementing solutions to solve for business needs is requiredExperience managing client partnerships, large & small is requiredProven expertise in project management & process development is requiredExperience as a project manager rolling out dynamic e-commerce and/or subscription business models.Ability to lead, as well as engage in execution and processes is requiredAbility to perform analysis on and uncover insights from data is requiredAbility to work with a wide range of individuals, from retail, merchandising teams to executives, business partners, and customers is requiredExcellent written & verbal communication skills are requiredAbility to communicate with all areas of the company.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding problem solving skills and willingness to roll up “one’s sleeves”
