Imagine yourself on our team
In this role, you will work with clients in different industries to design, build, and optimize their digital sales organizations. This means defining a new approach to sales, leveraging both data and technology to create differentiated customer experiences. You’ll partner with experts and teams across the B2B Sales Practice to plan and deliver these projects.
You’ll work with both marketing, sales and operation professionals to assess our clients’ ecosystems, help them define a strategy, and build a roadmap we can accomplish together. Your efforts will take you all over the ecosystem of sales strategy, sales enablement, sales technology, and other building blocks within inside sales organizations.
After your projects are over, you’ll take the knowledge and insight you’ve gained, and help us build the business across the B2B Practice, creating IP and driving our solutions forward, establishing areas of expertise for yourself that will serve you throughout your career, and imagining new ways of connecting our clients with their stakeholders.

80% - Working with colleagues to deliver Digital Sales/GTM projects to some of the world’s most well-known brands. Projects include:GTM Assessments and DesignSales Technology ModernizationDigital Customer EngagementSales Process Design and ImprovementSales Enablement Program DesignDigital Sales Experience Design for sellers, partners, and customers5% - Learning about market trends, new technologies and techniques that impact sales team effectiveness and customer experience5% - Building Digital Sales knowledge and technical proficiency:Analyst reports and thought leadership from top influencersTraining courses on key sales platforms such as CRM, Sales Engagement and Enablement10% - Providing insights from your project work to grow the value of our B2B Sales ConsultancyBest practicesCore methodologiesInternal trainingProposals and pitchesThese skills and experiences will make you a great fit:
Planning and organizing projects, from building timelines and work back schedules, to defining individual deliverablesComposing written and visual deliverables for clients and colleagues – PowerPoint, Word, and all the related productivity suite competenciesCommunicating with, well, everyone: your peers, leadership at Concentrix, clients, their stakeholders, and executive sponsorsAnalyzing data with an eye towards insights, recommendations, and outcomesA growth mindset – facing up to the complexity and ambiguity of solving difficult challenges, while being ok with the occasional setbackA history of delivering go to market and sales initiatives for mature organizations or large audiencesFamiliarity with CRM and sales technology platforms as a user or architect.5+ years’ experience in sales management, enablement, operations, strategy consulting, or GTM rolesWe are looking for the best candidate for this role.
