Manager, Behavioral Health Integration- M-F 8AM-4PM
Responsible for operational management, development and monitoring of quality assurance measures for integrated behavioral health services across the system, including, but not limited to Collaborative Care, integrated behavioral health care in primary, specialty and urgent care practices, ECT and Peer Recovery Services. Ensures the delivery of high-quality evidenced-based care for patients with psychiatric and complex medical needs. Support horizontal integration of behavioral health initiatives, expanding access to care at various levels in the health systems. Identify, establish and monitor standardization and efficiency projects increasing access to care. Candidate will be covering all AHS sites and moving around to each campus during the week. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Manage daily operations of integrated behavioral health services in medical settings 2. Collaborate with Director, Medical Director and ABH Executive Director to expand points of access for integrated behavioral health services in multiple care settings. 3. Establish and or/refine integrated behavioral health workflows to increase departmental efficiencies in data, program deliverables and KPIs 4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary and interdepartmental teams to ensure consistent care delivery through standardized and optimized workflows, improving service line and program efficiency and outcome reporting and clinical KPI review. 5. Identifies areas for program/clinical care improvement. 6. In collaboration with SL Leadership, establishes clinical standards in accordance with regulatory, accreditation and licensing standards. 7. Lead, mentor and develop team members regarding professional, programmatic and system integration development. 8. Completes ongoing performance development and management evaluations for team members 9. Onboards and trains newly hired team members. 10. Attends and actively participates in system-based, site-based and program-based collaborations and meetings as assigned. 11. With SL Medical Director and Director, develops and guides performance improvement initiatives. 12. Develops and maintains relationships with medical and nursing teams relating to programmatic goals and development. 13. With Medical Director, ABH Executive Director, and Director, Integration participates in the development and management of program budget. 14. With Service Line leaders, actively participates in program policy, procedure and guideline development + Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related human service degree + Current licensure as an - LCSW, LPC or Psychologist + 6 +years’ experience providing counseling services + Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/leadership management experience in behavioral health; clinical experience in providing/delivering behavioral health/psychiatric care in emergency and/or medical settings.
