The North America team is currently looking for a **Manager, Benefits, Leaves & Worker Compensation** who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the benefit offering, leave programs and worker compensation processes. This role ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, provides support to employees and works to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs. **Your Impact** + Administer and manage all leave programs, including FMLA, disability and other statutory leaves. + Oversee the Worker Compensation process, including claims management, return-to-work programs, coordination with insurance providers, and representing the company at Worker Compensation Hearings. + Meet regularly with on-site medical and safety teams, as well as site leaders to review all open claims and any new potential claims. + Lead the negotiation of the employee benefits and manage the clerical work around the benefits enrollment and modifications. + Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR team regarding leave policies and procedures. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leave and Worker Compensation cases and provide KPIs to the management team. + Conduct training sessions for employees, managers, and HR teams, as well as develop support materials to help the team to have a simple understanding of the benefits and leave processes. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Collegial or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position + Demonstrated knowledge of Worker Compensation claims management + Strong knowledge of leaves best practices and laws + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion + Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite **Your Benefits** + Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme + Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote work within the organizational framework + Health and life insurance **Your Workplace** You will be working a hybrid role based in Assumption, IL.
