The responsibilities of leveraging data effectively are essential to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth in organizations across various industries. The BI & Analytics Specialist partners with data, tech & business teams to build relevant data visualizations, dashboards and reports based on analytical needs. They ensure data is easily understandable and actionable, leveraging coherent and clear formats, and drive the shift towards data-driven ways of working within the company.
Engage with key stakeholders to specify, design and build impactful, dynamic, and insightful business intelligence visualizations, dashboards and reports, tailored to the audienceDevelop specific analytics tools/applications as needed (custom complex visualization tools, web applications...)Coordinate the integration of BI & other data visualization tools with other platforms to help stakeholders better understand their data, connecting with relevant architecture/engineering specialistsAct as key expert on visualization & computing platforms and provide insights to engineering teams as needed (software development, server hosting environment configurations...)Build relevant frameworks/procedures to drive adoption of deployed reporting solutionsMonitor & tune BI solutions to ensure optimum level of performance, support upgrades, configurations & troubleshooting, and secure continuous improvement based on evolving needs/technological trendsContribute to data acculturation initiatives within PR & drive the shift towards self-service data throughout the groupParticipate in transversal BI & Analytics initiatives (market intelligence, cross-product/family initiatives...) as needed, and continuously develop their own skills based on industry trends/enterprise needsGEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
