Role
•\tProvide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff.
•\tOffer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.
•\tEnsure personnel possess appropriate skills and behaviors; effectively communicate performance results.
•\tProvide technical and advisory support to ensure the development and implementation of applications.
•\tRecommend policy changes and implementations.
•\tPerform strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and department management.

•\tBusiness or Finance Major
•\tStrong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
•\tStrategic thinker with the ability to translate data analytics into actionable business insights
•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
•\tProject management expertise, highly organized with keen attention to detail
•\tAbility to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
•\tCapable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results
•\tProficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills are advantageous
•\tQuick learner when it comes to new applications and technologies; experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools is beneficial
•\tUnderstanding of risk management disciplines
