The Manager of the BMT & Cellular Therapy Program at Loyola Medicine provides administrative leadership, management, and quality program supervision for the clinical, research, and procedural activities. The Manager collaborates with leadership across multiple disciplines and departments to execute a cohesive organizational development strategy that aligns with Loyola Medicine's mission and strategic plan.
The position's major responsibility is to ensure that all policies and procedures follow standards set by the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT). The Manager will lead the development and maintenance of successful programs to provide optimal care for the patient population. The Manager will be responsible for keeping up to date on emerging cellular therapies and partnering with leadership to further grow the program's portfolio of treatments. This individual will be actively involved with organizations, such as NMDP, CIBMTR, ASTCT, and LLS.
This position will be a leader in the oncology service line at Loyola Medicine, uphold the core values and beliefs of the organization. The individual in this role will drive operational excellence, manage clinical workflows, and support ongoing improvements.
What's required:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's Degree is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in oncology, BMT, Cellular Therapy, or similar program, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.Skills & Abilities:
